This is the perfect soup to enjoy at the end of summer ... it's hearty, comforting and chocked full of summer fresh produce.  This chicken corn chowder is filled with tender bites of chicken, local sweet corn & zucchini and a little salty bacon to finish it off!!  Extra large feeds about 6 to 7 people, 128 oz (16 cups).
